Essential duties and responsibilities
Design and implement critical data path components, written in C++ and are:
Performance critical
Fault tolerant
Meet technical challenges that require innovative solutions, leading the way in the virtual storage replication technology
Combines work on storage drivers – in cloud hypervisor of VMWare VCenter and Microsoft HyperV, and in Windows and Linux
Work in a high quality technically demanding environment
Required skills
BSc in computer science (or an equivalent degree)
At least 5 years of programming experience in C++
At least 2 years of experience in low level performance critical programming – a must
Advantage: Programming experience in Windows drivers and drivers in general
Advantage: Prior experience with reverse engineering

Senior Software Engineer Infrastructure Team
We're looking for highly skilled engineers, for a challenging position on our infrastructure team,who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an infrastructure layer for a distributed, multi-tenant system, including database, communications, and shared components.
Responsibilities:
You will lead cross-module changes, requiring a system-wide vision and multi-disciplinary development.
You will enhance the product architecture and drive the use of state-of-the-art technologies, processes and tools across R&D.
You will solve complex scenarios.
You will refactor code that went sour and put it back to shape.
You will develop using the latest C# features, including Async tasks, Aspect programming, LINQ .NET / VS2013.
You will search for ways to increase the throughput of our product.
You will work in a small, agile team.
Required Experience:
B.Sc in computer science (or an equivalent degree).
5 years of development experience.
Strong analytic ability, passion for technology and quality.
Proven ability to design and develop complex components independently, dealing with advanced architectural issues (such as scalability, concurrency, multi-tenancy, etc.).
Great person, good people skills, a team player.
Prior experience with:
C#, .NET 4.5, WCF.
Unit-testing.
Multi-threaded programming.
Usage experience and understanding Relational Databases (SQL) and Object-Relational Mapping (NHibernate) .
Storage.
Networking.
Source control tools (git, svn, etc.).
Windows operating system.
Virtualization experience – advantage.
