2. Support VIP (JB-296)
We provide training, but ideal candidates are in charge of providing top quality customer support via phone, email, chat, answering inquiries,
and resolving problems. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in customer support/service is a plus. Mother-tongue/ working level English, Computer and Internet savvy, Available for shift work 24/7.
3. ACCOUNT MANAGERS/ RETENTION: ENGLISH (JB-40) OR ARABIC (JB-12)
Responsibilities: Maintaining client relationships and developing new business from existing clients. Requirements: Must have previous sales experience. Familiarity with binary options/Forex is an advantage.
Must be energetic and hungry for sales! Mother-tongue/ working level English, Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Available for full time, shifts work Monday – Friday. Complete training course and large volume of quality leads are provided, high converting brand, highest player values in the industry.
4. AFFILIATE MANAGER: ITALIAN (JB-313)
Responsibilities: On-going Affiliate contact via phone, email and chat, seeking and researching new affiliates, managing existing affiliates and reactivating lapsed affiliates, analyzing profitability of affiliate campaigns.
5. CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
*BILINGUAL ITALIAN & ENGLISH (JB-325)- Must be fluent in Italian and have high level English.
*BILINGUAL ENGLISH & ARABIC (JB-33) - Must be fluent in Arabic and have high level English.
Responsibilities: Provide top notch technical support across a variety of web based platforms and ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of CRM preferred (not required), Must be customer focused. Full Time Position (available to work 5 shifts per week). The working hours are: 14:00-23:00/ 12:00-21:00 (Monday-Friday).
6. Email Marketing (JB-306)
This position will be responsible for all international Email Marketing campaigns. Requirements: 1-2 years of Email marketing operations in an international online or ecommerce company, Strong written communication skills, Creative, Outside-the-box thinker, Knowledge of HTML is needed, Knowledge of CSS is an advantage, High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
