(Excellent Salary and Conditions for suitable candidates) ELECTRICAL SITE MANAGER in accordance with requirements below: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in execution of electrical systems of medium and low voltage for hotels, hospitals, offices, etc • The person needs experience in supervision, operation, control and arrangements of electrical team minimum 20 workers. • Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Contract min 2 years • Company provides housing, car, and food allowance, paid vacation including tickets 3 times in year. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR in accordance with requirements below: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in execution of electrical systems of medium and low voltage for hotels, hospitals, offices, etc • The person needs experience with supervision, operation, control and arrangements electrical team min. 20 workers. • Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Location in depends on projects. • Contract min 2 years • Company provides housing, car, and food allowance, paid vacation including tickets 3 times in year. MECHANICAL DESIGNER (engineer or technician) in accordance with requirements below: • Min 3 years’ experience in designing mechanical systems as: • Air-conditioning, Piped Services (Plumbing), Firefighting wet services (Sprinklers, etc.), one or more subjects for large projects as: Hotels, Hospitals, offices, etc. • Full knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. • Location in Calabar, Abuja or Lagos • Contract for minimum 2 years • Company provides accommodation, car, food allowance, traveling tickets 3 times a year. SITE MANAGER for mechanical installation at the subjects of : (Requirement of working experience at least at one of the following systems): a. Air-conditioning b. Piped Services (Plumbing) c. Fire Fighting wet services (Sprinklers , etc.) in accordance with requirements below: • Min 5 years’ experience in execution installation of the systems for large projects as : Hotels, Hospitals, Offices Buildings, etc. • The person needs experience with supervision installation work team of min. 20 employees. • Knowledge in operation and controls will be an advantage. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Location depends on the on-going projects. PROJECT MANAGER Project manager for large combined Electro-Mechanical projects at buildings at volume of above US$ 3M (for the E+M systems) • Min 6 years’ experience at similar activity • Responsible for the commercial and technical activities at project. • Managing the expatriate subjects (M+E) managers & local management staff. • Contact with client, consultants, other contractors, etc. • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Location in Calabar, Abuja or Lagos • Contract for minimum 2 years • Company provides accommodation, car, food allowance, traveling tickets 4 times a year.
