This position creates, implements and manages marketing communications activities designed to generate product awareness and brand identity, for the organization. Working closely wi th product, sales, and R&D experts within the company, the Marcom Manager translates technical information into targeted communications strategies. The Marcom Manager plans and delivers external communications to our customers and our industry designed to positively impact the external brand image, identity and promotion and communicate the messages of the company. The Marcom Manager will follow corporate guidelines and support global marketing activities.
The Marcom Manager will report to the company's General Manager
Responsibilities:
• The creation, implementation and management of marketing communications activities designed to generate product awareness and brand identity to drive opportunities and stimulate sales for the organization.
• Partner with internal clients to define business needs and objectives, crafting appropriate communication strategies and identifying appropriate marketing tactics to achieve business goals
• Translate technical information into targeted communications
• Choose cost effective methods to raise the external image and messaging
• Deliver messaging using a variety of tools, including events, brochures, web, video, etc.
• Manage and execution various marcom projects and deadlines (trade shows, customer events, press releases) and ensure that they are consistently met to company's standards and within budget
• Leverage marketing communications for internal communications by sharing marketing activities and project successes with employees
• Follow marketing and branding guidelines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years professional experience in product promotion and marketing communications. Multidiscipline industry experience preferred.
• Experience in the implementation and execution of brand strategy
• Excellent communications and presentations skills as well as exceptional writing and editing skills are a must.
• Knowledge of the print production process and supplier negotiations is desirable
• Fluent English (verbal & written). German- Advantage
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing /Communication or equivalent field or experience
• Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and promote positive relations
• Strong business senses with marketing mind-set.
