Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Team player - collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Work with outside data sources and API's
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Requirements
2-3 years Android experience
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Solid knowledge of OO concepts and design
Multi-threading knowledge
Experience with Android SDK
Proven software development experience
Proven working experience in Android development
Experience working with remote data via protocols such as SOAP and JSON
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Knowledge of Eclipse and/or Android Studio
Advantage
Jira experience
GIT experience
Knowledge of other platforms including IOS, Windows Phone and HTML5
Experience with agile development processes
Widget experience
Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
Excellent English
