Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a passionate and competitive Inbound Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Department is an extension of the Sales team, generating qualified sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting. The team's role is to create new opportunities for the Account Executives to then cultivate through the sales cycle. While this is a great entry into SaaS sales.

Responsibilities:
• Uncover and develop new opportunities from inbound lead traffic
• Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on sales targets
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual qualified sales opportunities targets
• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives
• Be fearless and relentless in creating new opportunities
• Work US hours (EST) from Israel

Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Experience with high volume calling is preferred
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional business acumen, self-starter and results-driven personality
• Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
• Hungry to contribute to a dynamic, fast-moving team
• English – mother tongue.

Main Responsibilities Description:
Job Description
Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. Responsible for administration and internal support of the Company's
PCs, printers servers, and related equipment. Tasks include user support (not end users), license tracking, and performing PC maintenance; upgrades and configurations according to had office standards
Responsibilities
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the user's satisfaction.
• Document internal procedures.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.(WDS)
• Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory in coordination with had office standards
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Maintain AD and exchange 2013.








Specific Job Requirements:

• Experience (* bolded are must):
• Proven experience in:
• 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk,
• Microsoft desktops systems and applications (office, antivirus etc.)
• Windows servers (2008 and 2012)
• Telephony (asterisk)
• Exchange 2013- must
• Good understanding of internet protocols
• Communications (FW switches and routers)

• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
• Great interpersonal skills and a Team player
• Hard worker with self-discipline and responsibility
• Strong communicator, be able to explain technical situations to relatively non-technical co-workers.
• Solution oriented, creative use of technology, "no" is not in your vocabulary
• Cool under pressure,
• Oral and written communication skills in English
• Experience with red hat/ centos Enterprise server - Advantage
