The Role
Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced C# developer to join our development team to work on both new and existing projects.
The candidate will need to be highly intelligent, disciplined and motivated with extremely strong written and oral communication skills.

Mechanical Engineering Team Leader to
Mechanical Engineering Team Leader to lead a small mechanical engineering team and be responsible for all mechanical engineering in-house and leading outsourced design teams. The position reports directly to the VP R&D. The challenge is to develop new and innovative products, often connected to the field of robotics. The responsibilities require taking a project from the design engineering phase through manufacturing, including supporting the ramp-up to mass production.
The following skills are required:
CAD experience: SolidWorks (plastic part design, sheet metal, assembly, drawings (dimensioning, especially GD&T), PDM, interface with PCB design)
Specification and selection of electromechanical parts
Manufacturing experience and ability to support product through NPI and ramp-up to mass production
Ability to work with vendors (both domestic & international)
Good communication skills:
English – high level or native level
Good English writing skills (specifications, requirements, test reports, project documentation)
Good time management & scheduling skills
Problem solving capabilities and ability to work independently and manage others
Ability to learn quickly and push the limits
5+ years experience
