In this role, you will be:
• Handle global logistics of a fascinating cross borders business
• Responding to daily Donor and Agent concerns via email
• Maintaining an internal excel system to monitor Donors – this will involve filing, data entry, and liaising with Agents if more documentation is needed
• Sending updates and letters to new and existing clients
• Develop materials that may explain or convey the company's policies or position on different issues – for Agents, Donors, Charities and general business development
The successful candidate will:
• Be a native English speaker with excellent writing skills (will be tested)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Be excited to learn about a fairly complex industry
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree
