"Position summary: Responsible for the execution cross functional, global program according to the ICAP Products Roadmap ensuring all-in business goals are met. Leads programs from "cradle to grave", demonstrating milestone achievements according to PRP. Leading cross functional, multi-sites program team in market and product definitions, product development, operations planning and execution, customer support planning and execution, finance planning and reporting and quality / regulatory planning and execution. Ensures adherence to business plans, schedules and costs and employ PRP processes for all program elements. Scope includes regular/rigorous function by function reviews to assure synchronization, milestone achievements, adherence to business plans, schedules and costs. Responsibilities: • Drive ICAP realization of product; on time, on budget, on cost with targeted performance, leveraging global industrial component footprint. • Direct and be central leadership/communication point for global operations of the product. • Build and lead cross–functional multi-sites Kernel and Program Team(s). These teams include all PMO related functions (market and product definition, development, operation, customer Support (installation, application and service), Finance and Quality / Regulatory. • Lead the team in the overall program planning and execution. Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans • Use PRP to assure optimal Program execution. Present program status to management as required through periodic reports and formal program reviews. • Synchronize with other programs to assure that program requirements are fulfilled in a balanced way • Drive collaboration with Product and Project Manager, Operations and Customer Support representatives, Quality and Regulatory personnel and other Program Managers to deploy and to continually improve the LCM process. • Recommend and implement process improvements with PMO Process Improvements Program Manager Requirements: • Relevant B.Sc. degree (Computer Science – an advantage). Advanced degree/MBA – an advantage • At least 12 years of professional experience which includes minimum 5 years of functional management/or program management experience in a matrix environment, across multiple sites, and through the entire product lifecycle (Concept/Approval – Production Release). • At least 3 years' experience in medical device industry with good understating of development processes in medical regulatory environment, business aspects and clinical domain. • Good influencing skills, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation in collaboration with management. • Strong presentation skills, appropriate to both management and customer audiences.
