Offices, Accounting Firms, Real Estate companies among others * Work on projects to implement and improve the technical infrastructure of existing and new clients * Learn and test new technology solutions and their ability to offer better solutions to our clients Competency in: 1) Microsoft Windows Server System: * Installation and configuration of all Windows Server OS*s (2003, 2008, 2012) * Experience with Active Directory/Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP * Remote Desktop Services / Terminal Services * Troubleshooting and repairing Windows Servers 2) Virtualization * Install and Configure a virtual Hypervisor based on ESXi/Hyper-V * Create and manage VM*s running critical business applications * Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues related to the virtual environment 3) Network Management: * Understanding of Basic Switching and Routing * Ability to configure and manage firewalls and UTMs (Sonicwall Experience preferred) * Ability to configure VPN*s (site to site, clients, SSLVPN) * Strong troubleshooting skills related to Internet connectivity, network latency, etc. 4) Email Systems: * Proficiency with Exchange 2003/2007/2010 * Ability to troubleshoot mail flow issues within Exchange and the Internet * Configuring and Managing mail hygiene systems (Postini, etc.) * Configuring and troubleshooting mobile email platforms 5) Customer Service Skills: * Excellent Communication Skills required for communication with Clients * Ability to communicate and keep clients informed * Ability to document work performed in the process of resolving customer issues Mother Tongue English Work from Home send CV to "
