" Job scope & Responsibilities • Manage R&D projects. Ensure completion on schedule, within budget, while balancing R&D resources cross projects. • Plan and balance R&D resources - long and short term - to optimize utilization of R&D resources cross projects. • Be main interface to Product Managers, Program Managers, vendors, customers and partners. • Responsible for all R&D project's documentation - System Requirement Spec (SRS) based on PRD, R&D specs and app notes. • Be a part of R&D management team. A senior position within R&D that will be part of the transition of a startup Elite R&D organization into its next level of maturity: scaling of multiple products, generations and segments. The Project Manager will report to the VP R&D. Qualifications • Great personality • A Leader • Self-driven and self-motivated, willing to impact • Results oriented • Effective communication skills and influence capabilities • Fluent in English Must have • At least 3 years as Project Manager, after role of team/group manager. At least 5 years of overall managerial experience. • Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects – HW, FW, SW, and Mobile. • Experience in multi-project environment, HC planning. • Proven deliveries of projects – from definition to mass production and sustain. • Experience of working with tier one OEMs (such as automotive, laptop makers, phone makers) • Strong technical orientation, self-learner.
